Myrtles essential oil is obtained by a stream distillation of the plants stem, flower, and leaves which contain Borneol, Cineol, Pinene, Myrtenyl Acetate, Geranial, Linalool, Camphene and Myrtenol.

The oil is very good in keeping gums healthy as it helps the gums contract. It allows the gum to have a tighter grip on your teeth. It can also prevent wrinkles.  Using Young Living Myrtle essential oil can help anger, distress and tension to melt away.
