Ingredients; ;
Takoyaki Flour - 200g

Egg - 1 ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ;   ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ;
Water - 300ml

Cabbage (chopped)
Any ingredients for filling ;(prawn/octopus/chicken)

Topping;
Takoyaki sauce
Mayonnaise
Bonito Flakes ;

Green Seaweed Powder (Aonori)

Procedures;
1. Whisk the flour and egg, mix well
2. Slowly add the water and continue to mix till the batter is smooth
3. Preheat the takoyaki pan with some sunflower oil. Once it is hot, pour 3/4 of batter into the pan.
4. Put in the filling, chopped cabbage and pour the batter into the pan to cover it.

5. Once it start to turn brown, turn into a ball. Keep turning till it is well cooked

6. Topped with the sauce, mayo, bonito flakes and green seaweed Powder
