The SUNYO Electric Kettle SY-46AK comes in a sleek stainless steel finish that is highly durable and safe for boiling water. Safety First
The SUNYO electric kettle is designed with a UK Strix thermostat that automatically cuts power off when the water has boiled, saving electricity and avoiding over-boil. The kettle also has an integrated dry-boil protection that switches your kettle off when it detects the occurrence of boil dry conditions. The concealed heating element in the kettle ensures that your water boils fast and is clean. 

Never switch the kettle on when it is empty. Do not try to add or pour water while the kettle is switched on. Do not immerse the kettle in water. Always put the lid on securely before switching on the kettle to boil. Only fill water up to the full line, otherwise the water may overflow when it boils. Do not touch the stainless steel surface of the kettle when the kettle is on and just after water has finished boiling.

In order to make claims, please email to and provide below details:

  • Name
  • Contact Number
  • Delivery Address
  • Voucher Number
  • Photos or Video of faulty item
  • Email must be attached with Logon Voucher as proof of purchase.
  • Delivery costs must be covered by customer.
  • Merchant will cover delivery costs of replacement product to customer.
  • Faulty items must be delivered in their original packaging.

Returns Acceptance

We may only accept returned item due to any of the following reasons:

1. Damaged or defective upon reception
2. Wrong item delivered which returned in sealed condition
3. Missing part / items upon reception

NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, we will notify you before sending it back to you. Your return courier fee will not be reimbursed.


Requirements for a valid return:

1. Proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, etc.)
2. Bank details in Return Form if original payment are made via iPay88 or FPX.
3. Pictures of the damaged or defected products for confirmation from merchant.
4. Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance conditions met (check out below)


Can I return an item after 7/14 calendar days upon receipt?
Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days. Passed this period, If the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, for prompt assistance please contact the manufacturer directly to organize the return. You can also find all the contact information of your product’s warranty center on the warranty card inside your package.

How do I go about servicing my product?
You can directly contact or send your product to its Warranty Center following the address on your Warranty Card; or you can also send it to our office and we will assist you to transfer it to the Warranty Center. However, we would advise you to send the product directly to its Warranty Center for a faster process.


Where are the warranty centers?
Please check your Warranty card (inside your package) for the contact and address of your Warranty Center.


How long does it take to repair my product?
If your item is within warranty duration, we will process your repair request in accordance with our supplier. It takes about 30 days depending on each supplier.


If my product is within warranty duration, do I need to pay for repairs?
If your product is within warranty duration and is damaged by mechanical or electrical systems, you don't have to worry about the repairing cost. We will cover it. However, courier fee will be covered by the customer.


If my product is out of warranty duration, do I need to pay for repairs?
If your product is out of warranty duration, you will be responsible for repairing cost. 
We suggest you to repair the product at the warranty center authorized by the manufacturer (the warranty center on your Warranty card) for better quality services. However, courier fee will be covered by the customer.
