Please follow these steps to request a return and refund of your purchase to us:

2. Prepare and return the product. Ensure all products item in their original packaging. Write in bold letters on the consignment note "RMA < RMA number you were provided>". Please return the product to us at:

We hope you are completely satisfied with the item purchased at MCIL Multimedia Sdn Bhd! However if you are not satisfied with the item because of wrong item/ item not as per expected, we allow return and refund with terms and conditions apply. Please return the unopened box and unused item back to us within seven (7) day(s) from the date of purchase without any questions being asked! However, please be noted that the return shipping charges incurred may be born by you, please check the chart below!

Accompanied with relevant accessories, manuals, warranty cards and in an unused condition
In the same condition you received it: in the original box and / or packaging

Refund request must be made within seven (7) days. No refund request will be entertained after seven (7) days
You are to provide bank info when making a refund request (for refund purposes)
You are going to be responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the product to us (and replacing product to you) unless other stated in the chart below

You must remark RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code on the returned goods consignment note for us to track the return
It will take 2 days for us to verify/check the condition of the item after we received the returned goods and you will be informed if your refund request is being approved.
Amount of refund is going to transferred within 1 week upon receiving your returned goods
In the event of Dead on Arrival (DOA): Item shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operation upon its first use out of the box, and then it may be deemed DOA. Please report it as DOA to Starbuy within 7 days upon receiving the product to receive a replacement. If product is reported as DOA to MCIL Multimedia Sdn Bhd more than 7 days after you receive it, you shall send the item to vendor for repair as standard warranty shall apply.
Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse or is missing parts due to customer tampering will not be accepted.
MCIL Multimedia Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to decline any return request if the reason for return or product condition falls beyond the platform return policy published herein.
