From the 80’s, Smart Master’s founder began as a tailor in a tailoring district. Born into a family of tailors, it was almost second nature to craft each piece to fit specifically. The little shop thrived and prospered.
As people got used to the manufacturing and mass production of clothes in the late 80’s, readymade clothes became the preferred choice and customers cared more for convenience. Small tailor shops slowly dwindled and as with all things, he needed to move with the times. He weathered the economic crisis and held true to his drive of providing quality clothes and suits for everyone.
It was in the month of March 1999 that the first official Smart Master store was unveiled in IOI Mall Puchong, Selangor. A store that is equipped with the latest in readymade men’s wear while providing the same unique cutting of suits developed through the years of tailoring experience. A store that brings out the latest in modern fashion while maintaining a sense of tradition, timeless quality and loyalty to its customers.
The insistence on presenting the best of quality has allowed Smart Master to grow continuously. This push for excellence has garnered us recognition by various entities across Asia Pacific and we stand here today with 21 Smart Master stores across Klang Valley, Melaka, Johor and Perak.
We hope to continue expanding our borders intent on bringing the promise of quality wear and smart design to our customers.

A. Order not fullfill due to out of stock product
B. Order not fullfill due to end of life product
Option 1: Product exchange
Exchange with other product(s) listed in http://www.smartmaster.com.my
If the value of new item(s) exceeds the amount of the original item, the difference thereof should be paid by customer.
If the value of new item is less than the amount of the original item, then the difference thereof will be converted to Store Credit under customer's account.
Delivery charges of the new item will be borne by the customer.
Option 2: Convert payment to Store Credit
Paid amount will be converted to Store Credit which can be fully redeemed for future orders in http://www.smartmaster.com.my.
Customer will receive a notification via email whenever the Store Credit is updated.
Option 3: Full refund
For payment that is paid through Logon payment gateway, we will notify Logon to cancel the relevant transaction.
Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the refund process and the refund amount will be shown on the customer's bank account.
For other payment methods, customer will need to provide their bank details and email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

All return for any product(s) purchased must be informed to us in formal way via email to email@example.com within 7 working days from date of parcel received.
No further dispute will be entertained after 7 working days from the parcel received date.
After official email reply from us,you may courier the parcel to our warehouse at your own cost within 7 working days.
Undergarment and socks is not returnable or refundable.
Your order will be process accordingly and update with Poslaju tracking number.
For order fall on Friday(before 12 noon), we will process on Same Working Day.
For order fall on Friday(after 12 noon)/Saturday/Sunday/Malaysia Public Holidays, we will process on Next Working Day.
We do not practice any in-store or warehouse direct walk-in collection.
