Nunnu.com.my is a specialized online shop offering designers collection of kids wear. It was founded by Nunnu Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. (983419-A) in year 2012, aimed at providing career women and parents more choices and an easy and fast way to shop clothes etc. for their children in. Our products are made with modern, urban, playful, dreamful, and sophisticated aesthetic, designed in a wide range of fashion trends from Europe, America, Japan and Korea.
We accept return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, as long as the products are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with the original packaging and all tags attached. The invoice and delivery note are also needed for all return exchange.
You have the options between Refund and Exchange.Refund or exchange will only be processed once we have inspected the condition of the returned product and received the payment of re-delivery charges (if any).
Please kindly take note that the returning and re-delivery shipping costs will be fully borne by you, except for the case of return exchange of manufacturing defective product.
All refunds are not in cash form but Nunnu e-voucher which allows you to make same amount of deduction in your future order. Please take note that shipping charges and gift wrapping charges are not refundable.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Sale:
1.1 Once you select a product that you wish to order, you will then be shown the charges you must pay including taxes, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges. Unless otherwise stipulated on the Website, all charges are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). 1.2 You shall pay for the product in full at the time of ordering by supplying us with your credit card details from a bank acceptable to us or MOLPay, which we require in order to process your order. Alternatively, you may pay by any method that we have said is acceptable to us, but in any event we shall not be bound to supply before we have received cleared funds in full. Depending on the results of a credit check we reserve the right not to offer certain forms of payment and to refer you to our other forms of payment. 1.3 You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the product from us will be correct, that the credit card, or account or other payment method which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product. 1.4 When you submit an order to the Website, you agree that you do so subject to these Terms and Conditions current at the date you submit your order. You are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms and Conditions each time you submit your order. 1.5 We may in our discretion refuse to accept an order from you for any reason, including unavailability of supplies or we may offer you an alternative product. 1.6 We shall not be obliged to supply the product to you until we have received full payment within 48hours after your order date. 1.7 You must only submit to us information which is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes.
2.1 We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. We are not responsible for shipping charges for any missing or wrong information. 2.2 We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your order but we cannot promise an exact date when you submit your order. 2.3 To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. 2.4 On delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered product in case of future discussions with us about it. 2.5 Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us and arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address. 2.6 We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges. 2.7 All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product resulted in the process of transportation. 2.8 You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. 2.9 You shall ensure that you are ready for safe receipt of the product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us. 2.10 It is your responsibility to discuss with the courier service provider directly if you are not available to take delivery or collection. We are not responsible for the arrangement of delivery service. 2.11 It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchased are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. We do not warrant that the products will meet your individual requirements. You acknowledge that the products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
3.1 We do not accept cancellation or amendment of orders due to your changes of mind. 3.2 We may cancel your order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. 3.3 We may cancel your order if the payment is not received and we are not informed within the time specified by us.
Effective 1st April 2015, all goods and services may be subjected to GST 6% upon checkout.
