KCS Instyle Fashion House is an online store based at Kedah Darul Aman.
1) Due to different monitor settings and lighting effect in photo shooting, some characteristic of product such as color and size may be slightly different. Hence, we have put the description in each item as reference. Kindly be reminded that buyers have to be careful in each description before proceed to make an order.
2) Gently be reminded that the measurement of the product may be slightly different due to manual measurement +/- 1cm to 5cm.
3) All the goods will be check before sending out for courier.
4) Damage of the product due to manufacturer defect can be either refunded or replaced with the new item ONCE ONLY within 7 days of receive of the item(s), however, buyers have to:
a) Capture a picture of the goods which is not functioning;
b) Provide proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement);
c) Make sure the goods must be in original condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it; and
d) Make sure the product must not have been used.
5) Seller only responsible for the following defects:
a)covers any issues that arise due to a manufacturing defect.
6) Replacement of item is only eligible for ONCE ONLY within 7 days from the date buyer receive the item. After the stated period of 7 days, replacement is not considerable.
7) Seller not cover Item refund or replacement due to following reasons:
For wig *problems that arise due to customer errors like washing a wig incorrectly, dying a wig incorrectly, or other mistakes made in the care of your wig. (Methods of taking care of a wig is stated in the item page or can be found using google search or youtube)
For others* problems arise due to human error in using the item
8) For replacement and refund for the item, Seller will determine the defect of the items and verify whether it is due human error in using it or manufacturing defect. Thus, buyer has to send a panorama view of the item and specific part of damange. If the photo showed not clear, seller has right to request buyer to take photo in few dimensional for the clearer picture of the item.
9) Replacement or refund for the item would only be made after seller recieved the item posted back from seller.
10) For the replacement or refund due to manufacturer defect (excluded the reasons stated in (5)), seller would bear all postage.
Term and Conditions of the Store
1) Please be notified that the payment has to be made in within 72 hours after placing the order. However, if the customer unable to made the payment within the period, the order made is consider invalid.
2) All prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable. Notably that we have locked our price at minimum point, thus the price offer are not negotiable. However, if buyer purchases items in bulk, we can offers a discount based on the quantity purchase.
3) All prices stated are excluded postage fees. Therefore, buyer has to bear all courier cost that incur within the transaction process. Remarkably, our shop has priority deal with local courier-Pos Laju..
4) As a gentle reminder, purchase risk is wholly bear by the customer. In other words, we will not responsible of any cargo damage during transport.
5) As a gentle reminder, buyer have to prepare in the case whereby the item is out of stock. Nevertheless, buyer can choose in either replace the order by selecting the same price item or request refund from us.
6) As an attention for the transaction, the total day required for the delivery (after payment made) is about one to five working days.
7) Once an order made, it is assumed that buyer agreed with all stated terms and conditions. It is remarkably that our shop reserved the rights to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without further notice.
8) Our store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to reflect changes made to the operation of the Website.
9) Price is the price listed on the Website at the time order is submitted and prices are given in Malaysia Ringgit. Our store reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at the Website at any time.
1) Combine shipping is available in this store. In other words, if your purchase is more than 1 piece, you can combine all purchases with a single shipment.
2) We are mainly using PosLaju services (will use Skynet if delivery area is out of PosLaju coverage) and customers have to bear the postage themselves.
3) Customer is informed through Lelong platform (for Lelong User) or Whatsapp (for non-Lelong User) regarding the tracking number after payment has been made.
Kindly take note for the following posting announcement:
1) We will post the item from Monday till Thursday only (Friday is Kedah weekend).
2) Posting will only be proceed from Monday till Thursday (exclude Public and Kedah State holiday)
3) Payment made (during the said posting day above) before 7 a.m., the item will be post at the same posting day.
4) Please be informed that we are only responsible in making sure that the item(s) is/are posted and provide customers with PosLaju tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE in any delay or mismanagement by Couriers. If there is any inquiries of the status of your parcel, kindly call PosLaju Customer Service at 1-300-300-300 for further assistance and status of your parcel.
