The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Intime Stores will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 4 - 6 weeks after the confirmation.
a) Intime Stores deliver your purchases right to your doorstep. Upon delivery, please check to ensure that the total number of packages (including cartons and plastic bags) received is as indicated on the invoice before acknowledging the delivery. Should there be any discrepancy, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and inform us via email. Intime Stores will not be held responsible for any bag discrepancies after delivery is accepted.
b) Customers who wish to have their purchases left outside their home should note that BuyLah shall not be held responsible for any damage or missing items after the delivery has been made.
c) Any discrepancies must be reported within 3 days upon delivery.
d) If additional, wrong or damaged products are delivered, Intime Stores reserves the right to collect the products from customers, refund difference or supply the correct, short delivered item upon customer’s order.
e) In the event that the product delivered is defective or damaged, you may request for an exchange within 7 days from the date of Goods received, provided the following conditions are met but not limited to:
The product should be in its original condition with the guarantee card and the proof of purchase from interstores.com.
The free gifts, vouchers and accessories associated issued with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.
In the event that repair or replacement is not reasonably possible or cannot be done within a reasonable period of time without significant inconvenience to the customer, the customer will be given a choice to keep the defective good and ask for a partial refund, or return the defective good and ask for a full refund. Please note that the amount of the full refund will take into account the good’s current state resulting from your usage.

In the event of a refund, if the free gifts, vouchers and accessories that was issued along with the purchase is not return together with the returned product, the refund value will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gifts and/or discount. Please bring along the Invoice of your purchase at time of return/exchange.
f) Refunds shall exclude delivery charges paid.
If the customer does not want the order anymore, there would be an order cancellation fee of $20.
Please note the normal processing time for refund requests is 4 – 6 weeks from date of request.
