Good sold are not returnable. However, in the unlikely event that we deliver the wrong product or that the product is damage or defective, please email your intent for a product return to email@example.com within twenty four (24) hours after you receive the product. We will not be liable for any claims after the given 24 hours. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product back to us on your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 3 – 6 working days.
In any case if product return is necessary after the given 24 hours, please inform our customer support team within 7 days from the received date. We will charge processing fee of 10% or more, subject to product and/or package condition verified by our technician.

3. Price listed in our website is final and non-negotiable. However, special rate is subjected to bulk purchase for selected products, please contact us for quotation.
4. We can't guarantee the availability of stock at all time due to our stock is moving from time to time from walk in sales, and delivery order. However, we do offer a same day reservation without any deposit. Every effort is made to ensure your satisfaction at Getfones. If you are not happy with our service or product, please contact us and we will do our best to sort out the problem. Please call our hotline 019-7111599 for reservation.
5. Please make payment and upload proof of payment (for offline payment method) within 24 hours from the time of order, failing which we reserve the right to reject your order.
6. Payment for all sales /promo items must be made immediately after the order is made.
7. Proof of payment must be either screenshot or picture of original receipt from online banking, cash deposit machine, or bank counter. E-mail confirmation will not be considered as proof of payment.
8. We reserve the right to withhold payment if the transaction appears to be a possible fraud. i.e. Payment made by a third party, and not by the buyer or recipient of the goods. We will lodge a police report in the event that we find the payment is fraud. We will verify the payment and process the order accordingly. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
9. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
10. If the item(s) customer purchased is not in stock, we will try to post it again on the next day. However, if the item is still not in stock on the 3rd day of the date of purchase, we will inform the customer and offer a replacement / refund subject to the customer agreement.
11. We reserve the right to change the price without prior notice. In the case of our system is being hacked, malfunction or description is inaccurate, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return full amount if payment has been made.
12. Warranty - All warranty begin from the purchase date and the warranty period and terms shall follow as started by the authorized distributor or manufacturer. In general, it does not cover the following instances:
