The Samsung Galaxy A7 is a new eight-core 4G smartphone that's slimmer than Kate Moss on a juice cleanse.The A7 is a follow-up to the all-metal Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A3. Like the older A3 and A5, the A7 runs Android 4.4 KitKat.Samsung trumpets that the A7 is "one of the slimmest Galaxy smartphones" and at just 6.3mm wide and 141g it's certainly sworn off the carbs.
Out front is a 5.5-inch full HD AMOLED screen. Underneath, the Octa-core phone is powered by 1.7GHz quad-core and 1.0GHz quad-core processors supported by 2GB of RAM.
Data connection comes thanks to LTE 4G for speedy Internet browsing, video and music streaming, and picture uploading to social media.
The main camera is a 13-megapixel with autofocus and LED flash. On the front is a 5-megapixel camera. Photo features include an auto selfie mode that lets you snap away by talking to your phone or waving your hand, allowing you to capture a shot without disturbing your perfect pout.
