One (1) Year Product Warranty period commences on the day of receipt of the ordered products. Please be noted that only repair service is guaranteed to be free of charge within warranty period.

Shipping & Delivery

1. West Malaysia : Free delivery (5~6 working days)
2. East Malaysia : @RM16.00 shipping fee
3. So-Pop will deliver to the address indicated by you in West Malaysia.  So-Pop can only deliver to a delivery address which is a home or office address.
4. Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.

Returns Policy

1. If your product turns out to be defective (physical damage or incorrect use excluded), and the product is going to be returned, please note that customers should take responsibility for the return postage.
2. Please make sure the items you send back to us is in the original packaging and the merchandise must be unused, in new condition suitable for resale. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return.
