For all Electronic devices product , we are offer 1 month warranty Manufacture and parts defect .
Warranty from date of receipt.
For warranty claims:
Fill in the contact and provide the following details:
- Contact number
- Email address
- Delivery address
- Attached ICM receipt
Upon processing, a mailing address and reference number will be provided.
Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and documentation) to ICM .
Delivery costs to be covered by customer.
ICM will cover delivery costs of replacement product to customer.
Printed out and send back the ICM receipt to ICM will be required as proof of purchase.
Warranty claims which do not fulfil the steps above will not be processed due to missing information.
