面线煮法:
1.将面线浸在水里5分钟,沥干备用。
2.煮一锅1200cc水,水滚后加入调味包及面线。
   亦可加入少许酱油膏上色。
3.待再次水滚,转小火勾芡即可。
4.食用前可依喜好加上蚵仔,香菜,辣油,黑醋
,蒜泥等,亦可加入少许麻油增加香气。

5.大包装请使用3000cc水。


*素食者可加入蔬菜类一同烹煮。

How to cook:

  1. Soak Mee Sua into water 5 mins,drain up.
  2. Boil 1200cc water,put seasoning & mee sua into boiling water water.Also can put some dark soya sauce.
  3. When boiling again,turn to small fire & thicken it.
  4. Can serve with oyster coriander,chilli oil,black vinegar,garlic etc.
  5. Also can drop some sesame oil.
    *Vegetarian also can cook with vegetables.
    *Big packet use 3000cc water
