Product Description

Mr Oat Contains the best premium oat bran from Scotland, making it a rich, natural source of both soluble and insoluble fibre. It contains beta-glucan, a soluble fibre that has been proven to reduce low-dentisy lipoprotein (LDL), otherwise known as cholesterol, by reducing the absorption of cholesterol into the bloodstream.

Mr Oat provides 50% more fibre content than average oatmeal, making it much more efficient in reducing cholesterol. Its high fibre content coupled with a fine creamy texture is digested slowly by the body, giving an extended sensation of fullness. Mr Oat also provides the body food-derived nutrients that are essential to health such as potassium, phosphrorus, folate, selenium as well as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Nutritional contents

  1. Dietary fibre are parts of plant that do not break down in our stomachs, thus pass through our system undigested. Both soluble and insoluble types of fibre are equally important for health, digestion, and preventing conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, diverticulitis, and constipation.
  2. Protein is pivotal to the repair and regeneration of the body’s cells. It is essential for growth and development and provides essential amino acids.
  3. Magnesium is essential in the body’s absorption and retention of calcium, which is pivotal to preventing osteoporosis. Magnesium is also associated with lowering the risk of coronary heart diseases, and known for its effectiveness in the treatment of migraines, insomnia, and symptoms of depression.
