For warranty claims:
STEP 1: Check which Midea Service Center near Location, if near just bring Invoice and Warranty card for warranty.
STEP 2: If location far from the Midea Service Center. Email HOMU at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following details:
- Contact number
- Delivery address
- Purchase Order number
STEP 3: Upon confirmation, a mailing address will be provided.
STEP 4: Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and documentation) to HOMU
Delivery costs for warranty claim / return / repair covered by customer.
HOMU will cover delivery costs of replacement or repaired product to customer.
Printed receipt will be required as proof of purchase.
Effective 1st April 2015, all goods and services may be subjected to GST 6% upon checkout.
