Return & Refund Policy
All goods are not-eligible for exchanged after purchase unless goods received in damaged condition during delivery service. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund or replacement. A-Tech will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund or replacement within 14 working days after the confirmation upon A-Tech management approval. Customer/buyer are responsible for all the cost of postage/transportation to send the item to A-Tech and return to your door step.
Customer/Buyer must to send a picture of any damages or defect items to firstname.lastname@example.org attention Ms Anis within 24 hours upon receiving the goods. Email have to mention item code, quantity that you purchase. Attached pictures for the defect item and shipping label on the carton box. We will return your email within 48 hours.
