Return Refund Policy
When you shop at foneland, we promise you full satisfacttion. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may feedback to us about the goods or return them for a replacement. However, before returning your items, please spend some time to read our Return Refund policy below. It is also recommended that you contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 016-5116834 before returning an item, as they will be able to advise you based on your specific needs and situation.
1. For any reason that you are unhappy with the items you ordered, you should report the problems in 3 days after receiving the products to email@example.com. We will process and reply your email within 24 hours.
2. We do not encourage items returned to us because the shipping fee is high compared to the total price of the items. However, we do accept item return, but the first step in the process is to contact our Customer Service.
3. In the case where you are advised to return the items to us, it must be done in 5 days after receiving the products and must be in original condition when returned to us.
4. Return item will be inspected upon received. We will examine the items, identify the problems, we will ship the correct items back to you at no extra cost. We will not bear the returning shipping fee (from you to us) but we will handle all the necessary shipping fees (from us back to you).
5. No refund will be issued if there is no more original packing and tag or the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage caused by customer or worn/washed product. In these cases, you will be responsible for the shipping fees in both directions.
6. For hygiene purposes, we are sorry that certain products that have concern on hygiene issues are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
7. If the parcel is returned because the recipient refused to accept the goods, the fee of the goods will be refunded, but the shipping fee will not be refunded.
1. Goods sold are not refundable, but exchangeable for any reason that you are unhappy with the items you ordered. Subjected to selected models only
2. Item have to return to us within 3 days after received it and the item must in original condition that it come.
3. After receiving the return item the refunded amount will be credited to your bank account in 48 hours or will be kept for your next order. We will notify you via email.
Note: - All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Effective 1st April 2015, all goods and services may be subjected to GST 6% upon checkout.
