    How much is Shipping?

    The shipping price is auto-calculated based on your shipping address and weight/dimension.
    To find out how much shipping is, add the items that you'd like to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping cost will be calculated after you've enter your shipping address.

    Can I select which courier service provider to deliver my order?

    Yes, of course. We currently offer 2 courier service providers at your convenience - PosLaju and Gdex.

    PosLaju offers the coverage of whole Msia, including both West Msia and East Msia. Shipping price is calculated based on weight. Kindly select the delivery places accurately as it consists of 3 different areas - West Msia, Sarawak & Sabah.

    Please note that in the event of compensation occurs, compensation is based on the actual value of item but subject to maximum liability -
    A. Maximum liability for any items up to 2kg is RM100 per consignment.
    B. Maximum liability for any items more than 2kg is RM300 per consignment.

    If additional insurance coverage is needed, customer may purchase it and the premium are 2.15% of sum insured.

    Do you ship to my area?

    Currently, we ship within Msia only. Please refer to area coverage by PosLaju and Gdex.

    When will my order arrive?

    Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 7 business days from the day you place your order and make payment. For offline bank transfer, please allow additional 3 business days.

    Can I track my shipping?

    Yes, the tracking number and courier engaged will be included in the shipping confirmation email. You can check the shipping status via the site provided by respective courier.

    Note: Sometimes the tracking number is not working yet because your order has just been shipped. Try to check again in 24 hours and the information should be available.

    What if I haven't received my order?

    Something might have gone wrong if you still haven't received your order after 7 business days you've placed your order and made payment.

    The first thing you can do is check your order status. If your order status is Not Shipped, contact us via . Otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.

    If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the courier's site. Check with the respective courier company to see if they're holding your order and contact us via if they're unable to find it.

    GDex (West Malaysia)

    GDex offers the coverage of whole Msia, including both West Msia and East Msia. Shipping price is calculated based on weight
    Maximum liability for loss or damage will be RM 200 and they have insurance coverage optional. The charge for insurance coverage will be 1% of total value.

    Self Pickup

    Self Pickup option is available for customers who wish to order and collect at our distribution point which will be at JB Sutera Utama without shipping charges. Do take note that we will contact you when your order is available for pick up. Do wait for our confirmation first before coming over to collect the goods or you may call the number below to enquire first. Self Pick up address as below.

    Return Policy

    ONE-to-ONE Exchange of Products within 7 Days 

    Only certain products with a manufacturer's defect are entitled to a ONE-to-one exchange (subject to availability of stock) if:
    a. The product has an actual 'Manufacturer's Defect'
    b. The packaging and all its original content (including any software and manuals) is complete, in good and re-sellable condition
    c. The product is accompanied with original receipt
    d. Customer needs to email us within 7 days of the date of Invoice

    *Please note that certain products such as: Projectors, Monitors, Software, Ipods, Notebooks, Printers and Consumables (eg Ink Cartrdiges or Toners) are not available for a One-to-One exchange and must be sent to the manufacturers' service centre for any warranty service.

    For exchange or warranty purposes, customer needs to email to include the following details in the email – Order No,  Invoice No, Contact No, Product to exchange, Faulty Reason.

    Kindly email us first before shipping anything back to us, so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.

    Warranty Policy

    All sales are considered final, no return or refund will be entitled.

    EIT’s warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective suppliers.
    EIT will provide 1st year warranty service for delivery to (and from) the manaufacturer’s Service Centre.
    All products with warranty period over one year can be sent by EIT to (and from) the manufacturer’s Service Centre at the customer’s expense after 1st year from date of purchase.

    All courier charges for sending and returning product for exchange or warranty purposes from customer will be borne by customer except if we send the wrong or defective product to you. In the event if the defective items are sent in after 1st year of warranty period, sending back the repaired item to customer will be at customer's expense.

    However, customer in JB can also opt to walk-in to any of our outlets to request for exchange or warranty services. By visiting our outlets direct, it will be faster and easier as our technicians can test the product on the spot. Our outlets are located at -
