•All product sold by Kelvin Gems is entitled to 90 days warranty (worldwide or local) from the date of purchase.
•We will repair your jewellery free of charge within 90 days from the original purchase date if damage was caused by shipping or due to normal wear and tear.
•We will pay all shipping cost if damage was found during this period of time.
•Upon expiry of the 90-day warranty period, we offer you the most reliable and reasonably-priced-repair service. Our Customer Service Department will provide you with an estimated cost of repairing your jewellery.
•Please contact our Customer Service Representative for a Return Authorization Number and follow our simple product repair procedure.
•Please keep your original receipt for warranty and contact us to arrange mail the product(s) to 2-03 Mezz Floor, Amoda Building, 22 Jalan Imbi 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia using registered post or courier service.
•All product returned for any reason must be accompanied with a valid Return Authorization Number or we shall deny the return.
