Include a copy of your invoice in your return package along with the returned merchandise. Send the package to us via a delivery confirmation. Aysia Sdn Bhd is not responsible for merchandise lost in the mailing process.

Most of the electrical devices comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty against defects. If there is a defect, you can kindly contact the manufacturer directly. If you have any problem contacting the manufacturer, you can always contact us for asistance.
We strive to get orders out within 1 working days when the order was placed. Very large quantities may require additional time.
Sometimes, however, it may take up to 2 - 7 working days to get your orders shipped out to you.
We will only send out the parcel if the payment has already comfirmed received by our Account Department.
We will contact you immediately if we anticipate undue delays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number, provided you have given us a valid email address.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the courier service may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
