  2. 收到本店所寄出的错误物品
  3. 收到本店所寄出的尺寸错误物品
  4. 请勿签收本店所寄出的物品被打开或看似经过开封后再粘回去的疑似状况。


  1. 收到的物品未达您理想的颜色
  2. 收到的物品未达您理想的尺寸
  3. 收到的物品未达您理想的品质
  4. 收到的物品与本网店里图片完全不相似
  5. 如您无法及时接收物品而导致运输延迟物品抵达而造成物品破损或丢失,我们无法承担相关责任。

Hows Trendy will inspect the condition of each product before shipping out to make sure it is in good condition.

We will try our best to make the order shipped out as quickly as possible after we received all the payments, and we will set out to process your order and then ask the shipping company to deliver the goods within 48 hours during business days when all the items are prepared.

If we haven’t deliver your order within 48 hours, there must be some items are out of stock, we will email you via the email address that you register on


We will always update our new products in order to share our latest products with you.

Please note that we would need 2 to 3 weeks time to process your order(s).

Out of Stock

Some products might run out of stock. If this happen to your order, you may select from the following options:

(i) Replace with other product with the same price, OR select the difference price product and top up the difference in pricing.

(ii) Cancel the ordered product and accept the refund to be kept in member’s account for the usage of next purchase from

(iii) Wait for re-stock of the ordered product.

Return Policy

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, size and images of our products that appear at the store. We can’t guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Return and exchanges are acceptable within 5 days and for the following reasons only:

i.  Product Defect (Photo proof)

ii. Delivery Errors (Wrong product)

iii. Incorrect sizing (Measurement that we provide are incorrect)

iv. Please reject the product if it is unwrapped or suspected it has been opened by someone else

The customers CANNOT return the product to us if:-

i. The received product has COLOUR problem which is chosen wrongly by customer.

ii. The received product has SIZE problem which is chosen wrongly by the customer.

iii. The received product does not fulfill customer’s quality expectation.

iv. The received product is not exactly the same as the displayed images at our store.

v. If you are not able to receive the product in a timely manner consequently lead to the delay or damage of the product.
