Fresh fruit has to be boiled over low heat for four hours. 1000 grams of fruit can only make 250 grams of concentrated fruit puree with sour and sweet flavor. Cane sugar, artificial flavor, color and preservatives are not added and used in DiHaNi fruit tarts. Dietary fiber is specially added to increase fiber content, and the GI value in each flavor is lower than 50. Our fruit tart was guided and developed by Chung Shan Medical University. People who care about calories can try our fruit tarts at ease.
