- Return / Refund / Replacement request for 'Damaged Item / Incorrect or wrong Item' must made by customer within three (3) working days from the goods delivered date, and provide photo(s) of the damaged part. Request made by customer after three (3) working days of good(s) delivered date will not be entertained.
- Return / Replacement good(s) must be shipped to Sunshine Femme by customer within seven (7) working days from customer request date.

Customer must verify their identity with providing name, order number, contact number & payment evidence, and provide photo(s) of the good(s) received from Sunshine Femme
