eG Mart will deliver to the address indicated by you in West Malaysia. eG Mart can only deliver to a delivery address which is a home or office address.
Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.
If your product turns out to be defective (physical damage or incorrect use excluded), and the product is going to be returned, please note that customers should take responsibility for the return postage.
Please make sure the items you send back to us is in the original packaging and the merchandise must be unused, in new condition suitable for resale. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return.
