DIRECTIONS OF USE:
1.Sit on a flat surface. Place the lower end near buttock.
2.Inhale,hold breath and slowly lie down on the curve end. Place yur neck on the 1st-4th row to adjustment to a comfortable postion.
3.Do not rise up you hand. Lie down and breathe normally for 10-15 minutes.
4.When over time limit,slowly turn your body and leg to the left or right and slowly get up. Do not get up straight.
5. Patient suffering from osteoporosis are advised to do the above exercise sitting.
1.Sit on a flat surface. Hold and place the curve and near buttock with leg straight,inhale and hole breath.
2.Slowly lie down to adjust to a comfortable position.
3.When in a comfortable position, raise up both hand above head. if possible, clasp your hand together.
4.Breathe in and out slowly for 10-15minutes. After 5 min,you will fell both hands slightly numb, stomach muscle pulling sensation. This is a normal phenomenon.
5.After finishing procedure, turn whole body and leg to the left or right and slowly get up. Do not get up straight.
6.Some people will feel giddy, nausea after the exercise because of blood flow. This is a normal outcome.
7.People suffering from osteoporosis are advised to do the exercise in sitting upright position.( Meaning device between patient and wall)
