1. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received, i.e. tags intact,in original packaging, etc.
2. Acceptable return and exchange reasons:
- Bought wrong size ( Postage to Peninsular Malaysia RM6/ postage to East Malaysia RM12 are chargeable)
- Faulty item
- Wrong item received
3. Please email the followings to: firstname.lastname@example.org to apply for return and exchange of item.
-Name and contact number
-Reason for return and exchange
-Photos of faulty products
4. We will reply to your email within 48 hours (working day) to inform you the status of your application. Only items which we considered as faulty will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
5. A trackable postage service is recommended. We shall not be responsible for the loss of returned parcel during the postal process.
