-All items sold are not returnable or refundable, for items with defects or damages please refer to the EXCHANGE POLICY section.

-FREE delivery for Peninsular Malaysia.
-Delivery will take 3 to 5 days once payment is confirmed.
-All items will be inspected prior to delivery, We will not be held for the damages incurred during shipping.
We will only accept returns if the damages or defects on goods are NOT caused by mishandling during shipping. In order to provide prompt service and a quick exchange, please follow the following steps if items are defective or damaged upon receipt:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, provide your name, contact number, delivery address, order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
We will evaluate whether or not said item qualifies for exchange and will promptly revert to let you know if exchange is possible. If item is exchangeable, a return address will be attached with the email.
Pack the damaged/defective item into its original packaging, including manual, accessories and PRINTED RECEIPT.
Post the package to the provided address within 7 days after confirmation.
We will inform you once the replacement has been shipped to you.
1) Delivery cost (return) will be borne by customer.
2) Claims that DO NOT fulfill the steps above will not be entertained.
Effective 1st April 2015, all goods and services may be subjected to GST 6% upon checkout.
